Color and actual size
Because leather is a natural product, the color may vary slightly
between belts.
All belts are made approximately 1/8" less than the width
stated, to accommodate the buckle.
Measuring your belt
When making your belt, we use your waist or pant size for the middle
hole. Each belt is made with 5 holes, spaced 1" apart.
There are 2 holes on either side of the middle hole.
Please measure carefully, as belts are not returnable after they
are cut especially for you. If you have question about sizing, please
e-mail us.

Ordering using our shopping cart
Any product you wish to purchase, just click on the
‘add to cart’ button after selecting the color, size
and quantity etc. You are then taken to ‘your cart’
where you can change the quantity or remove products from your basket
after pressing the refresh button. You can stop the ordering process
at any time.
Once you have added all of your items to your basket, click ‘checkout’
to proceed, where you will be asked to enter your details. All fields
marked with a red dot must be completed (your details will be encrypted
to keep them secure).
Once the transaction is successful you will be sent an email confirming
your order has been received. You will then receive a second email
once the goods have been shipped.
Payment from your card is taken at the time your order is received.

Return Policy
Please measure size carefully, and kindly e-mail us if you have
a question, or problem with your order.
Our belts are customized for each individual order, so please take
care when measuring, as a customized belt cannot be returned.
You may order your belt 'unsized' or 'uncustomized' if you are
unsure of the correct size. However it will be your responsibility
to add holes to the belt, cut and burnish the edge of the belt blank.
If you must return your belt, please e-mail the Sales department
first for authorization. Return postage will be charged to you,
unless the error is ours.
Shipping
We ship Priority Mail Insured. We will e-mail your tracking number
and ETA with your order confirmation.
